We have a few blueberry bushes on our property and although they've been neglected over the past few years, they've been kicking out the fruit this season. While I worked on reglazing some windows Gina decided to make use of the bountiful harvest. We even have a few more pints frozen!

I have been following your site for a while and have really enjoyed it! I have a quick question though if you wouldnt mind..do you know of any good online resources for creating jam and canning it? There seems to be a million way to do it, and was wondering what your process is. It looks delicious! Keep up the good work!
